Hosting services (shared hosting):

As an entry-level, "ShareMixer"-empowered solution, we provide a licensed copy of "ShareMixer", pre-installed and hosted within a shared hosting account. Perfectly tailored for smaller "ShareMixer' sites, this represents a very affordable option to quickly launch a "ShareMixer" web-site with a very minimal investment.

Dedicated servers:

For higher traffic situations, such as large community-based sites, we are also pleased to offer dedicated server solutions, custom-designed to work specifically with "ShareMixer".  With a powerful combination of enterprise-grade dedicated hosting and our versatile "ShareMixer" product, this represents a stellar solution for creating a fully scalable video-centric community that can support a truly massive user-base.  And all installation and setup fees are included at no additional charge!

Domain registration:

If you wish, we will happily register your domain name for you, upon selecting one of our hosting plans. Our fee for this is 9$ per year (.com/.net/.org domains; pricing differs for other domain types).

Server Set-up Service:

Those who require the installation of required server-side modules, or wish to have fine tuning of "ShareMixer", to better handle large uploads and exhibit improved performance, will find this service particularly useful.  For a flat fee of 40$, we will prepare a server to accept a "ShareMixer" installation (i.e. ensuring it will meet the system requirements of "ShareMixer"). 

Please note the following:

- This service is for Linux servers only. We do not currently support BSD servers.
- To perform an install, we will need your FTP login info, as well as your cPanel and phpMyAdmin login info.  We will also require your server IP address and root password.
- Prior to purchasing this service, you must ensure that you have root access to the server, and that your hosting company allows you to manage the server. (Some hosting companies do not allow this and may charge you additional fees if individuals other than those they designate perform administrative tasks).  Please note that "root access" refers to complete access to your Linux server, with the default administrative account of the whole server, which is always named "root". This is not the same as your cPanel/ FTP / Direct Admin / Plesk / Virtuozzo password(s). This password should be provided to you only when you buy a VPS or dedicated serve. If you are unsure about this, please contact your hosting provider for more details.
- After the installation takes place, if this service is purchased together with the "Software Installation Service", we will test your site to ensure proper functionality.  This will include the creation of test accounts, verifying the proper functioning of various account features, creating test categories and test videos, and ensuring video conversion works correctly.  Otherwise, we will just test the functionality of video conversion, using the command line via SSH.
- We cannot issue refunds if the installation fails due to inaccurate root login information.  However, in such a case, the user retains the right to further investigate this issue with his/her hosting provider; we will gladly reattempt the installation if provided with updated login information.

Software installation:

For those who would prefer a professional installation of "ShareMixer", we are pleased to offer an installation service to all licensed users of "ShareMixer". This service is available for 40$, one-time fee, per installation. Kindly ensure that your hosting account or server fully supports "ShareMixer" (including all pre-required server modules); for your convenience, you can view our Server Requirements Page for verification.

Please note the following:

- To perform an installation, we will need your FTP login info, as well as your cPanel and phpMyAdmin login info.
- This Service covers only the installation of the "ShareMixer" software package. Specifically, this includes creating and preparing the database; transferring necessary files to your server; configuring the required folder/files permissions; editing the required configuration files; logging-in to the administration area and setting the appropriate permissions (e.g. security) and settings (e.g. site name, keywords, personalization).
- Upon completing the installation, we will test your site to ensure proper functionality. This will include the creation of test accounts, verifying the proper functioning of various account features, creating test categories and test videos, and ensuring video conversion works correctly.
- We are not responsible for non-working installations if the malfunction is caused by your server/platform not meeting our system requirements. No refunds are available for failed/partial installs in that case.

Emergency Support:

For scenarios where emergency, supplementary "ShareMixer" support (in addition to our standard support) is required, we are pleased to be of assistance!  Depending on the nature of the issue, our fee is set to $25 per hour (with the provision that if we fail to correct your problem, you owe us nothing!)

Please note the following:

- In order to assist you, we will require your FTP login info, as well as your cPanel and phpMyAdmin login info.  We will also require your server IP address and root password.
- We will perform full backups of your server/website prior to making any changes. These backups can be sent to you, at your option.

Custom features & Design:

Our developers and designers can provide you with custom features (PHP developing) and custom designs (templates) for your "ShareMixer" website. Simply use our Contact Form to request a project quote.

Please note the following:

- Project acceptance depends on the nature of your project, the quantity of work involved to complete it, and the availability of our Developers and Designers.
- Fees vary based on the scope of the project, and will be provided with our quotation.

Flash Player re-branding / customization:

- For as low as 50$, one-time fee, we can put your own logo on the top-right of the Flash Video player.
- For as low as 100$, one-time fee, we can completely customize the look of your Flash Video player, including custom skin (of your choice) and buttons/control-bar positioning.
- For as low as 130$, one time fee, you can have both of the previous services combined!
